Call for Abstracts
The Organising Committee cordially invites you to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations
Guidelines:
Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting the abstract:
| 1. | All abstracts must be submitted by 18 August 2023, 11:59 PM (GMT +8) (Extended Abstract Submission Deadline) |
| 2. | Abstracts received after the deadline will not be accepted for inclusion in the conference |
| 3. | All abstracts must be submitted in English |
| 4. | The maximum word limit for the abstract is 300 words (excluding the title and author information) |
| 5. | The font of the abstract should be in Arial, size 11, with single spacing |
| 6. | The abstract should include the names of all authors, their institutional affiliations, and the e-mail address of the corresponding author |
| 7. | Delegates are encouraged to proofread the abstract prior to submission |
| 8. | The organising committee does not edit the submitted abstracts |
| 9. | Please make sure all abstracts submitted is the final version |
| 10. | Delegates are not permissible to amend the abstract after submission |
| 11. | Delegates may submit more than one (1) abstract with the same registered e-mail address (additional charges may be incurred) |
| 12. | All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by panels of experts |
| 13. | Acceptance of the abstract in the conference and assignment to a session are determined exclusively by the Scientific Committee |
| 14. | Delegates will be notified via e-mail of the decisions made by the Scientific Committee by 25 August 2023 |
| 15. | All accepted abstracts will be published as extended abstracts in the Asian Journal of Medicine and Biomedicine (AJMB) |
| 16. | Selected abstracts will be invited for full-paper publication in the Malaysian Journal of Medicine and Health Sciences (MJMHS) |
