1. Payang Store Market / Kedai Pasar Payang

The Payang Store Market, which is more commonly known as Pasar Payang, is one of the most famous and iconic tourist attractions in the entire state of Terengganu; which offers visitors a multitude of products such as traditional handicrafts as well as fresh produce.

2. Kuala Terengganu Drawbridge / Jambatan Angkat

The Kuala Terengganu Drawbridge (Jambatan Angkat) is Terengganu’s latest iconic landmark. It is the first drawbridge built in Malaysia & Southeast Asia at a cost of RM248 million. The construction began in August 2014 and was completed in the mid-year of 2019. The Kuala Terengganu Drawbridge looked very similar to London’s Tower Bridge. It has two sky bridges on the 15th floor, where the floor is made out of glass. There is also an observation platform where visitors could walk and enjoy the scenic view from up above.
